THE HOUSE is a single-player strategy game. Fictional currency only. No cash-out. No real-money wagering. This policy describes what the app does with information on your device.

We do not collect personal information. The app does not create an account, does not ask for your name or email, and does not include advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.
In-game “analytics” exist only in memory on your device while you play. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
Progress and settings are stored locally on your device, including:
Deleting the app deletes that save. We cannot recover it. We cannot read it.
If you buy THE HOUSE on the App Store, Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your credit card number. See Apple’s Privacy Policy for how Apple handles App Store purchases.
THE HOUSE is a casino-set strategy game with simulated gambling. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because we do not collect personal information, there is no profile on our servers to access, export, or delete. To stop local processing, delete the app from your device.
